With effect from 24 June 2022, SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) and Workforce Singapore's (WSG) Customer Service Officers will be replying to your Feedback Portal enquiries via the email address, customer_support@ssg-wsg.gov.sg. At the same time, SSG and WSG's do_not_reply@ssg-wsg.gov.sg email address will be renamed to no_reply@ssg-wsg.gov.sg. To avoid missing any emails from SSG and WSG, you are encouraged to whitelist the mentioned email addresses and check your Junk Mail Folder for emails.

The SSG/WSG Feedback and FMS Portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 11 pm on 24 September 2022 to 7 am on 25 September 2022, and will not be available during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience.
